How long will my order take to arrive?
On average, orders arrive to the destination address in 1-3 weeks. The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: processing time and shipping time.
Processing Time:
1-3 business days.
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.
Shipping Time:
United States: 6-12 days
Other Region: 12-18 days
Note: When calculating your shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first day; start counting days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Most items at seeingmine will ship direct to you from our international fulfillment centers.
We supply Standard shipping for all orders：
United States: Free shipping.
Other Region: Free shipping over $50 USD

How can i track my order?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

What should I do if the delivery is delayed/What if my package is lost?
Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the logistics status in real time, but if the delay/loss is caused by irresistible reasons, we are also deeply sorry, you can do the following:

About cancel your order
You can cancel your order, we accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund.But If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for your understand!
Note: You will be notified by email once the order has been sent. So it is can not to cancel the order after the goods have been shipped. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can contact us to return it after you receive it. Thank you for your understand! 

About Taxes Duties
No customs duties are paid on shipments sent from all of our warehouses. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties would be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges, if any, must be paid by the customer.
